I am afraid of the things you do to me -
kissing Morse into my skin so delicately,
and so fervently, salivating passion into my veins.
I wish I had your fluency and ease.
Unfortunately, our language barriers present
problematic turns of events to us.
We must invent our own communication –
otherwise, we'll be forced to rely on those ancient
words, the ones that poets used to worship.
But everybody knows speaking died out centuries ago,
and that simple words hold no significant meaning.
