you were always there you held me with biting-cold arms you
made my blood sing you made my skin tingle you trapped my
breath in my throat you
listened with stainless-steel ears your smile was my smile with pointed red teeth
you sat and waited you were always there and when i needed you
you made me beautiful you left blossoming decorations my skin was delicate and
you tore through it to let out the pain you took the amorphous pressure
of the world and you took it away and left me scarred and whole you
were innocent by the light of day and i was alone and tainted my legs my
hips my arms shouted what i could not bear to say what you did to me what you did
for me you found me broken you left me worse and i don't need you i don't
need you i don't
need you anymore
