she dreams in technicolour
through black and white days, a bittersweet revival
long walks in daydreams, lingering specters crawl out of the corners of the world
she feels her heart explode
crackle in the narrowing escapade between the sun and moon

cells implode like rain falling off clouds
and lights flicker like gold melting. she's wrapped in gossamer
paper thin, a china doll breaking at the seams
lets hold each others hands til the world ends.
