This poem's about a little girl, scared of the dark, who has a nightlight. Very short, though. Also, this story may not fit the category at all. Just saying.

A/N: Wow, these uploads are fast! This is a story I wrote when in bed, sleepy, tired and unable to sleep. "She" in the poem can be anyone you want her to be.
Nightlight:
Dark light
Starry night
Crouching under covers with
Undisguised fright and
Terror of the dark when
Her hand creeps out
From the sheet
Flicks a switch
Smiles at the light
Nightlight
A/N: Review, yet again.
