Not only is this my first post here in Fictionpress I think it's first semi-decent poem I've ever written.

Whoop-dee-do!

Emptiness is good and bad thing.

Good 'cause it means I was strong

Strong enough to ignore the voices in my head

Strong enough to hurt the people I love

Strong enough to destroy myself

Strong enough to do anything for beauty

Bad 'cause it destroys me

Destoys my insides and slowly withers them to dust

Destroys my sanity by breaking down the very little normality I have

Destroys the relationships I have with the people who love me (and to whom I love as well)

Destroys the very fragment of my life
