Little girl, why do the little things make you cry?
You're so care-free and have no secrets to hide,
You carry on without worry or fear,
And you never fail to believe all that you hear.
You don't let your innocence slip away,
But you know more than people think,
I could learn a thing or two from the words that you speak.
