Pearl Harbor:
It seemed like a dream
Yet, it was reality
Those bombs
Those bullets
They were really here.
Here to kill me.
Those planes
Those men
They were truly the enemy.
That fear
That fear that gripped my soul
Was taking its place in my heart
Ready to consume me.
Those memories
Burned into my mind
Etched into my soul
Never to go away again.
Those men and women
So innocent
So scared
Didn't deserve to die
Not the way they did.
The U.S. of A
Really did have a problem with all that
You see,
No one can hurt our brothers and sisters
And get away with it.
We just won't have it.
Pearl Harbor
What a tragedy.
It wasn't right.
It wasn't fair.
So if war is the only answer.
Give me liberty or give me death.
