Nothing happens
Day after day
I wait for long
Yet nothing happens.
Another day
Another dream
I wait for them
No one comes
A golden haze
fills my eyes
More time to think
Yet I wish I wasn't alone
My eyes blur
As I watch the pendulum sway
I wish you were here
Yet I wish I had more time
Now they've come
Through the morning haze
The damaged hearts you have caused
Are here at my front door.
