his head is
open, lethargic feelings all throughout
heavy bodies rising, falling chests
sleep is such an
animal that i cannot tame, but his head is so
open, cut along the circumference, see everything inside
yet even as such, he's an enigma to me
just like sleep;
the creature lingering in dark alleys
catching me alone and
stealing my wallet just as
he is the beast beside me in class
turned away at all times while i admire, (j'adore,)
he's catching me off guard and
stealing my heart
right out of my chest.
