Aspen Harper rested against the cold wall, her ear buds in, reading the book "Are Angels Among Us?" She could feel a distant rumbling and wondered if a subway was coming into the station. The noise grew louder and louder and suddenly, it stopped. Then, the ceiling crashed down on her and she faded into oblivion.
