No feeling inside,

Emotions have dried.

I sit now, no pride,

No stains to show the tears I cried.

We all wait for the moment to feel again,

It never comes.

We all want for pasts we've spun,

It never comes,

It'll never come.

I open my eyes,

To see the world I'm drowning in.

The waves of deception,

A welcome sight I'm stepping in-

-To search for the moment to feel again,

It never comes.

Try to turn from to the past I've spun,

It never comes,

Will it ever come?
