One day I came over to my neighbor's house to give him the package that was mistaking sent to my doorstep. Why his mails always ended up in my house is something I'll never know.
I pressed the door bell and after few minutes my neighbor opened the door and greeted me.
"Hey Dennis, what brou-oh the package...guess the delivery man got mixed up again."
I handed him the package and noticed a green dog panting right next to him so I asked, "Why did you paint your dog green?"
"Oh you mean Rex? I painted him green to symbolize the New York Jets, they will win the Super Bowl!"
I chuckled and said, "Yeah sure."
Then my neighbor said, "You're the one to talk, the Giants haven't made the playoffs for the past two years and their draft bust...for got his name...was it Jason Paul or something?"
"What are you talking about? It's only been one year, his name is Jason Pierre-Paul and he's having a better career than Gholston!"
"Anyone can have a better career than that crap, besides in few years your Giants will regret wasting that pick and the Jets will rule New York, they're the big brother now!"
Annoyed, I was ready to leave when I heard a growl...
"Easy Rex...easy...calm down boy..."
I turned and ask, "What's wrong?"
"You better run...Rex can be angry whenever there's a Giants fan around..."
The dog began to bark and then...
Before I could do so...the dog lunged at me and then...
Few hours later...
"Welcome to Dunkin' Donuts, how can I he-oh my gawd! Your arm!" the cashier lady yelled.
I looked down on my left arm with a dog clinging to it with all it's might and said, "Oh that? It's fine."
"What do you mean? Doesn't that hurt?"
"Not really, it felt like someone grabbing my arm, my neighbor's a crazy Jets fan so he j-"
"A Jets fan? That explains it! Glad you'll be okay!"
"Thanks, so I'll have a jelly donut, one Bavarian creme filled donut..."
Later that night, the dog let go of my arm and fell asleep. Just like the Jets, all bark and no bite.
