Just a little something a came up with when I first started out. Classic case of "girl loves boy, boy will always be completely oblivious" kind of unrequited love among best friends. Cliched, I know, but give it a try.

Invisible

By Aiden Rose

When he laughs her heart stops.

When he smiles she wants to cry.

He'll never know how much she loves,

So much she just might die.

The way he walks,

The way he talks,

She feels like she could fly.

Every time she sees him,

She feels like she can't breathe.

All the love she has for him,

She knows he'll never see.

He'll never know how much he means,

I know he'll never see.

He'll never know the way I feel,

He's everything to me.

A/N: I wrote this a while ago, when I was just getting into poetry. It's about my best friend who, at the time, I had a crush on. Long story short, I am now best friends with his girlfriend. It's all in the past now, but it's one of my favorites, so I thought I'd see what others thought. Reviews and/or constructive criticism welcome and offered cookies, flamers will be mocked.
