I saw you tag that billboard

The one with the college sign

I saw you mark all over it

Tried not to give a mind

So you began quiet sketching out your plan

Then harsh streaks, and violent slashes thrust from the artist`s hand

Clouding over their faces with the spray paint, the less I became

Only your abstract voice could call me by name

I heard you clash that billboard

Airborne color, glazing, in unified mist

More like a whisper in my ear- a silver promise

Through the treasured values of my future you began to sift

Too late that relaxed hand became an iron fist

I felt you ink that billboard

A wonder to my eyes

Though when it starts to chip was only a matter of time

At first glance it was art requiring a stop in my step

But now your graffiti intentions have me running out of breath
