Don't Hang Me
In the jail cell I waited
So I can be free
So I can be free my wings
They came but they are mad
They got guns
They got ropes
And hate with them
Don't hang me in front of my mom
Dad
And sister
They drag me to my knees
Out on the cold hard ground
I look down
There was blood on the ground
I knew my knees was out
They put me in front of my mom
Dad
And dear loving sister
They sat there with hat in their eyes
I cry DON'T HANG ME
They put the rope around my neck
The gun went off
