I've noticed how we always seem to fall but never rise up, so here's a poem about that... Crappy summary but yeah. And it doesn't really fall under Hurt/Comfort, but I wasn't sure what else to put it under... On with the poem!

I'm beginning to notice
How we always seem to fall
And fall, and fall, into the abyss
But we never rise from the fall
The darkness takes over
It swallows us whole
And we greet it with open arms
Asking it to fill the hole
The hole that settles in our heart
And never lets us fly
Keeps us bound to this earth
Shackled, chained, and tied
So we fall, and fall, and fall
Never to rise again
Because we greet the dark with open arms
As it's beckoning
