After finishing a Pre-Calc test ahead of everyone else, I find myself with nothing to do for thirty minutes but to write a poem... about writing a poem.

Let Not This One Write Poetry

I cannot seem to write a poem

Words escape me; I'm filled with rage
(Really, it is quite annoying)
Only prattle adorns this page
Total nonsense, not worth enjoying
Even my rhymes are rather boring

Oh, go away! Linger not!
Nothing of worth is here to be sought
(Especially not a poem)

Are you still reading?
Flee this verse!
This scrawling is steadily growing worse
Eat a bagel, run a race
Repel yourself from this foul place

All the world now schemes against me
Let not this one write poetry!
(Look, I wrote one after all)
