Mary and the God of Evil

By: Blue Rose of Death

A young female fairie, named Mary Jane Elisabeth the 3rd, sits alone on her knees waiting for some one to come over to comfort her ever though she knew no one would. She could only hope for some one to see or even hear her small shy sobs. No one came other than her one friend, Rose; though Rose was human it made no difference to Mary. She was sad and was in need of some one to accept her which if the others had it their way she would have no one not even Rose. Rose comforts her. It helped but the pain Marybeth felt would never truly go away till a fairie would accept her as an equal not as a "human-lover" or a sight only wished upon one's worst foes and even then it was harsh (main cause there was no friends-or-foes concept here just peace, love, and happiness) but these teen fairies were not going easy on the shy lonely Mary. Rose told her some freighting news. Rose was moving to who's knows where when Mary needed her the most! Now 6 months have gone by, Mary is more lonely then ever before her best friend-nah-her sister gone and to top it off the populars who normally ignore/ avoid her are trying(hard at that to get her on their side. So not working!) Mary sat alone on the swing she made years before (from some vine and a branch that fell off a tree during a bad storm) swinging slightly but even in her sadness she barked at anyone who tried to get near telling them "just leave her alone" and "don't they have a bird to kill or a heart of another trammeled child to rip out". Not that she'd wish it on some one else just she was filled with anger (and with fairies like her it was powerful but hurt her as well. Also only her magic was stronger was when she was truly happy which since she was forced here hasn't been an often sight). She kept every one at bay with a strong almost impenetrable shield only one person dared to defy her warnings and brake through the powerful shield. Luckily the only one to see (feel) him enter was Mary. She didn't like it one bit that some one dared to torment her more. She decided if they wanted her they would go through hell first and see if then they would dare harm her in any way. What she never thought of was Luca, a man whom she never heard of because during story-time the other fairies drove her away long before hand but he was a terrible cold-hearted man who cared of no one but himself,
