We are the next generation
We represent the billions,
On this Earth
We are the successors of many
But we are not perfect
We are far from that
We live in a world clouded by terrorism and hunger but also technology and wealth
Your faith is put upon us to run the world when you're all gone
But we can't do it alone
We don't have it easy like you might think
With a new generation comes a new set of problems,
That you might have never dreamed about
It may seem like we're too lazy to decipher the dilemmas,
But you don't see like we do
We aren't gods sent from the heavens above
We have our flaws and our weaknesses,
But with strengths too
And united we stand to fight for the new world
Because we are the next generation
And we represent the billions
