Ancient realizations come back to haunt,
The next victim is so helplessly daunt.
Though she is not alone,
Denial is only what she wishes to admit,
And the strong emotion is already grown,
His passion is already lit.
It's one's dignity to control their heart and soul,
But this one is too extreme to control,
Though it is fairest of all emotions,
-its grasp is not entirely fair.
Once you've been subjected to this permanent condition,
There is no backing out; no emission.
There is only one more comprehension that has to come under her scrutiny;
It would be fatally piteous to try to overthrow,
This could end in your worst mutiny,
And no doubt you would be in your low.
The journey may be considered a misadventure,
This will be a great strife,
The grudges you may encounter will render,
Denying it may only end your life.
Civil comments may hinder,
Your household may not agree,
Their judgment is only tinder
to burning fire of your desperation to become an escapee.
Don't try to fight it,
For its success has already predicted,
Don't try to quit.
You have been afflicted.
The grasp of love is tight and choking,
The mere fingers stronger than comprehensible,
The presence is entirely cloaking,
Just be sensible.
