Daddy's Little Princess

She's growing up, changin' her style.

Now today I'll walk her down the isle.

Daddy's Little Princess.

When the preacher asks who gives her away,

I want to cry, "Why can't you stay

Daddy's Little Princess."

From baby wails, to silly school girl tales,

Then comes makeup and the painted nails.

Daddy's Little Princess.

From her first steps to today's goodbye,

I can say the time does fly,

With Daddy's Little Princess.

And as I watch her go, I thank the Lord above

For giving me this special girl to love.

Daddy's Little Princess.

And to me,

She knows she'll always be,

Daddy's Little Princess.
