I decided to do another CCC story complete with another storyline. Enjoy!

Scent 1: Past Memories

Our story begins not in the current day, but 8 years before that. Here, we see the Taguri twins, happily playing without a care in the world.

Yes, the Taguri twins... one boy, one girl. The boy was Kazuka, a boy with a sense of adventure and curiosity. His sister, younger by mere minutes was Kazia. She had more curiosity than Kazuka, but was less adventurous. They both had pale skin, most likely inherited from their mother, Sera. Their blue eyes came from their father, Marai. Those eyes were blue in a way that would make one think they were like sapphires or turquoises. From both parents, they inherited their silky, raven colored hair. Despite being different genders, the twins were indeed identical. At any rate, they happily played away as their parents happily watched them. Throwing their shiny ball to each other, the twins continued to play for hours on end.

However, the playful days soon came to an end. Marai's job had requested his presence in a faraway place. This led to a tearful separation as Kazia was taken away to live with Marai. As his father and sister left, Kazuka asked his mother a sad question. "Are they coming back mama?" asked Kazuka trying not to cry. Sera could only look away as she responds "Only time will tell..."

As time passed, the two homes kept in touch by letter. But receiving letters only increased the aura of sadness that enveloped the two houses. Eventually, the letters stopped coming, as it was too sad to receive or write any.

Years later, sadness stuck again as Sera passed away by illness. Leaving Kazuka on his own, Sera left him with one final message. Kazuka fended for himself for the next few years as his mother's dying words continue to ring through his ears.

"Find your sister, and always stick together..."

And so, these are the memories that lie in Kazuka's heart. Today, he leaves his beloved home, to search for his twin sister Kazia.

End scent...

Not my normal work style, but it sounds pretty good to me.
