Dancing slippers, glowing gowns,
music, candle-lights.
Feet moving, oh so fast,
unto the night the songs will last.
Dawn will come, night will go
then the songs will drop to a cease.
Dancing slippers spun away
back into drawers, they will stay.
Until the beckoning calls them back
to dance the night away.
