Captured Limerick

Someone asks his captors to hurry up and make a decision, in the form of a limerick. This is the first limerick I've written, and was written spur of the moment.

The cruelty it is to forestall?

It's cold on this floor,

Your poems do bore,

Now tell us what fate shall befall.
