A silent shadow in the corner

Watching everything fall to pieces

Before her weary eyes.

Eyes to old

Seen to much

Yet belong to a child.

Brother against sister

Family against friend

All lies of the past

Which shall never be put to peace.

She crawls through the darkness

Full of hateful words

And painful actions.

On bloody hands and knees

Striving to reach the light

Which fades slowly everyday,

But cruelly never goes out .

Making her suffer

For a goal she will never reach

Bloody tears flowing steadily before her

She stops to think

"why?"
