His father was named Philip Elliott Halton (Ell)
His mother's name was Tamra Scotts.
His brother's younger sister is Tessa Wellow.
His brother-in-law is Earl Wellow.
When Bryon Halton was only two years old, Ell Halton and Tamra Scotts gave custody of their son over to Tessa and Earl Wellow.
