I love this chapter. I really do.

"Where are we going?"

"You'll know when you get there. Just trust me."

He held her hand as he pulled her to the surprise.

She had a blindfold on, wearing a blue dress that showed her figure while he had a tux on that he borrowed from his father.

"Don't tell me you're bringing me in to a spider web."

He chuckled. "I told you to trust me. Now just a few more steps and.. there."

They stopped and he took off her blindfold as she took in everything that she was seeing.

A table set for two covered in a white linen sheet being surrounded by trees with neon lights covering the trunks up to the branches, under the night sky

that was covered with a million stars that looked like silver paint splattered on a black canvas.

She felt her smile reach her ears as she absorbed the beauty of what she was seeing.

She looked at him. "Is all of this for me?"

He nodded and smiled as he pulled her near to the table and offered her a chair.

"Yes, it is."

She sat as she was still looking around, still mesmerized.

"When did you do all this?" She gestured encompassingly.

"Well, I figured I should take you somewhere special. Someplace that matches how gorgeous you are tonight."

She felt herself blush as she hit him with a napkin. He laughed.

"What? Don't you like me telling you that you're beautiful?"

She hit him again. "Stop it. Before this night ends, I'll look like a tomato." She giggled.

"You'd be a pretty tomato."

She laughed and said, "What's for dinner?"

"Look! There's a full moon!" She said as she stood up and gazed at the sky.

"It's beautiful."

"Very. It seems as if it's one big ball of light illuminating the whole world."

"Like the sun."

"The moon is way prettier. You can stare at it for hours."

He looked at her, she was still looking up at the sky.

Under the neon lights and the moon light, she looked like heaven.

She felt like heaven too.

Everything was in place, and he was happy. She was happy.

And for an instant, everything just felt right.

He stood up and took her hand.

She looked at him as he said, "Care to dance?"

She smiled as she nodded and put her arms around his neck and his around her waist and just swayed.

"You don't know how to dance, do you?" She raised an eyebrow.

He laughed. "Guess not."

"I'll teach you, then." She winked.

"So you step to the right; my right, your left. Then you step forward as I step back. Then step to the right as I step to the left and step backward as I step

forward. Then start over."

He watched his steps as he made them, careful not to step on her feet.

"Thanks."

"Now look at me."

As he looked up at her, he stared into her eyes.

Her caramel brown eyes that shone brighter than the stars.

They were like pools of tiny twinkling lights.

He then looked up, noticing how the moon looked a lot like her eyes tonight.

"What are you thinking?" She asked.

"Nothing. Just telling to myself that this is the best night yet."

"Well, you're right."

He looked at her again. "I love you."

She stared at him and smiled.

"I love you too."

Then as he leaned in he closed his eyes.

Then their lips met.
