My mom,
She failed.
Never really tried.
She gave me her trauma,
Courtesy of grandma,
Along with some more,
So severe that I never could subside.
I failed
To
Recover.
To heal.
She'd never
Be
Proud, I failed far too often.
But I don't mind.
Really.
I'm not her,
And she's not
There.
She was never here.
I'm not her,
But she doesn't know that.
