"Overture"
I'm trapped inside a ray of light,
a solid cube of no delight.
The sun breaks through,
the window creaks.
The simple words, I dare to keep.
.
The birds come flying through the air,
The flowers bloom,
but trees are bare.
'So' locked inside my own small cage,
desire of thoughts that start to pace.
.
A pale white page lies next to me,
my mind; a vicious melody.
The clouds float quiet in the sky,
the lust for love won't step aside.
.
How can you make a "starving" poem?
A small wide glade where daises grow.
If pictures are worth a thousand words,
Then I shall let my emotions flow.
