The way my name

rolls off your tongue.

The way your gaze

lingers a second too long.

The ways your eyes

meet with mine…

I'll admit.

You've got me caught.

In the pull.

In the pools,

of sun-kissed amber.

Glistening and gleaming so.

The way you smile.

The way you laugh.

No spoken conversation…

yet I feel this connection.

Our eyes and smiles

Convey our thoughts…

And I'll admit,

You've got me caught.
