Fractured moonlight,
Illuminates a broken heart,
As it lay bleeding,
Upon the stone cold floor,
Fractured thoughts,
Are those of the insane,
Kept in mind, as the small girl,
Clawed screaming at the locked door,
Fractured smiles,
Paint the wilting faces,
Of everybody but,
The boy who screams silence,
Fractured sunlight,
Streams through the window,
Where the girl sits and cries,
Into the quiet boy's shoulder,
Fractured hearts,
Beat together as one,
Filling the deep cracks,
Inside their twisted souls,
Fractured hatred,
Poised at one's self,
As the gun is raised to his own head,
But the bullet never comes,
Fractured anger,
She wildly screams to him,
As he fearfully retreats,
Into the shadows of the forest,
Fractured silence,
Causes cold loneliness,
And seizing sadness,
In an empty heart,
Fractured enemies,
Stab and twist,
At her body and mind until,
The darkness takes over,
Fractured humanity,
And once solid lines weaken,
Blurring two worlds into one,
Until there is no knowledge of right and wrong,
Fractured normality,
Shapes an iron will,
That she will find peace,
Even while chained to the moon,
Fractured memories,
Swims to the surface of her thoughts,
As he returns bringing happiness,
Along with pain, sadness and death,
Fractured battles,
They fight for the sake of fighting,
Trying to burry and ignore,
The crushing burden's they bare,
Fractured secrets,
And old scaring wounds,
Split open at the moons call,
Leaving their hearts lighter than before,
Fractured freedom,
Is her final fleeting wish,
Only found when crimson blood runs dry,
And her heart stops beating.
