Foreshadow

I was sprawled on the cool tile of the bathroom floor gazing at the ceiling. Slowly taking in each breathe trying to figure out exactly what I had just done. Everything was flashing in my mind like a movie reel; replaying it all to me. My breathing is becoming shallow, heavy. The the only thing that infused my mind was his last words, "I don't love you anymore. I haven't for a long time, and I want you gone." With each broken breath inhaled, I was slowly slipping away.
