Growing Up

I want more than anything to be a kid again

But I know I can't

You could say I finally grew up

I now know you can't stop it from happening

You can't control maturing

Alls you can do is decide

Decide whether to live or die

It's your choice

And nobody should be able to judge

No one should be able to say "their just a kid"

Because their wrong

If you've lived long enough to know you want no part in this world

You can call yourself an adult

Is a sad life worth living?

Not everything can get better

Some wounds won't heal

And scars never completely fade away

I can't see the light at the end of the tunnel

And I don't trust your word

So when I decide to leave this world

Do not be sad

I can't be unhappy if I'm dead

And I was never happy when I was alive anyways
