My Life

I have been told I would fail,

And that I should just bail.

They say I am useless,

But, they don't realize I am ruthless.

I will not back down,

I wear the crown.

When someone tells me jump,

I'll make sure they leave with a lump.

With this inner strength I have found,

I will no longer be bossed around.

My entire life,

Has been filled with strife.

But, now I will take a stand.

I am no longer lost in on this land.

I have moved on,

And now I am on the greener side of the lawn.

It is good to know, that you were all wrong.
