Tunnel

Constantly flowing down this stream,

Makes me want to scream.

I'm sick of lacking control.

I won't let them trap me in this hole,

They don't realize I have soul,

I will achieve my goals.

They think they trapped me,

I am already free.

I'm not going to stop,

I refuse to flop.

I refuse to be funneled,

I refuse to follow this tunnel.

I will blaze my own trail.

Like a ghostly wail,

I'll vanish with the passing gale.
