Still not sure about the rating, but here are the arguments:

T-Keeps the story cutesy and fluffy, and plus they are underage.

M-Allows me to show a different side of their relationship (once they get one), as well as a part of their character that you can only see during sex. I'll put a poll up, and then you guys can decide.

Also, if the last chapter seemed kinda...terrible, I did write it in a hurry. Let me know if it's just me that thinks that way.

As the sun filtered in through the blinds, Maya awoke. Initially confused by her location, she calmed once she noticed the beautiful girl in her arms.

A blush came to her face from the closeness, and the blush got worse as she remembered Angel's cute voice from the night before. However, she soon became too embarrassed, and so she slipped out of the bed, and she quietly tiptoed into Angel's bathroom to take a shower.

Angel, however, remained asleep...or at least, until Maya's phone vibrated a few minutes later. Angel, half-asleep, didn't realize that it wasn't her phone, and she picked it up to read the new text.

Brittany: Did you tell her yet?

Angel blinked, and she realized that it wasn't her phone. However, she had an innate sense of curiosity, and while she didn't answer, she looked back a few texts to find out.

Brittany: Fine...does she know that you're gay?

Gay? Being sheltered and home-schooled, Angel had never heard of that term outside of old fantasy books from long ago. Maya was certainly happy, but it probably didn't mean that.

Before she could look at other texts, however, she heard Maya coming down the hall, and so she quickly shut off the phone and got under the covers.

"Wake up, sleepy-head."

The Latino's voice was soothing, and Angel played along. She stirred, opening her eye to gaze upon Maya's smiling face with a smile of her own. She was wearing new, baggy clothes, and her hair was still damp. For some reason, the sight made her heartbeat quicken.

"Your maid, Sarah, made some Belgian waffles and bacon, and I don't want to let it get cold."

Angel nodded sleepily, and she grabbed some clothes from the drawer next to her bed. Before she could start to dress, she noticed that Maya had turned around. She shrugged, and she got dressed.

A few hours later, Maya had left, and Angel was determined to get some answers. She had signed to Sarah that she wanted to talk in private, and the duo went to her office. Sarah sat down, and she had a sip of coffee before speaking up.

"So Angel, what seems to be the problem?"

I wanted to know what a word meant.

"I'm assuming it is a slang definition, considering that you have your own dictionary?"

Angel nodded.

"Well, what is it?"

Gay.

Sarah's eyes widened, and she stopped drinking mid-sip. She gingerly set her cup down, and she sat up straight, looking the girl in the eye.

"Gay? You've never heard that term before?"

Angel shook her head, looking confused. Sarah sighed.

"I see."

She took a deep breath.

"Used to, gay meant 'happy'. Today, however, it refers to someone who is attracted to their own gender."

Angel's eyes went wide. She had never heard of such a thing. In every romantic story she had ever read, the girl ends up with the guy, not a girl with a girl or a guy with a guy. Furthermore, Maya was...into other girls? She shivered.

Sarah noticed the confusion, and she spoke up.

"For a very, very long time, 'homosexuality', which is the proper term for it, was considered evil and morally wrong. It was punished by many things, including death and imprisonment. Within the last century, though, it has become accepted as a normal thing. Science has found evidence of it being a genetic variation. Even still, however, gays are routinely targeted for hate crimes, as many still are bigoted against them."

Angel shook her head again.

What do you think?

Sarah grew tense.

"...Do you promise to not only keep this quiet, but to also not be alarmed?"

Angel thought for a second, and nodded. Sarah nodded back, and she pulled something out of her top desk drawer and handed it to the disabled girl. It was a picture of Sarah, probably no more than 19, in a gorgeous wedding dress. Arm-in-arm with her was a beautiful woman looking powerful in a tuxedo. This person was almost the spitting image of the frail blonde, as the stranger had long, glorious blonde hair and piercing blue eyes. Angel looked up at Sarah, her eyes wide in surprise.

"Angel, that woman is my...angel. Her name is Angelica."

You're...gay?

"The term for women is 'lesbian', but yes. I've been with Angelica for most of my life, and I love her very, very much."

Sarah smiled as Angel handed the picture back to her.

"You know, when I first saw you as a baby, I couldn't help but think that if we could have a child, you would be her. You just look so much like her. I know it's silly, but..."

Angel was finally starting to understand, and her eyes softened. Moving around the desk, she surprised the maid with a hug.

"Thank you, Angel. It feels nice to tell someone."

They chuckled, and Angel moved back to the other side of the desk.

Why don't you want, say, Father to know?

Sarah sighed.

"While your father doesn't hate gay people, well...let's just say that it's a complicated matter, and a story for another day. Besides, my wife and I are still in the closet, which is to say that we are still 'hidden' in this regard, and while this may change someday, it won't anytime soon."

"So, what brought this conversation on?"

Angel became nervous, and her hands shook a little as she signed.

Promise not to tell anyone, ok?

Sarah blinked, and she laughed.

"I thought we already agreed upon that about this whole conversation!"

Angel facepalmed, and she giggled as she nodded. She then took a breath, and she resumed signing.

I think Maya is gay.

Sarah choked a little on her coffee.

"H-how do you know?!"

I...checked a text she got while she was in the shower this morning. Her friend was telling her to tell me about it.

Sarah nodded.

"I guess it makes sense now. That would explain why she can't stop using you as a model for her art!"

Sarah stood.

"I think I'll go have a talk with her about it..."

Angel's eyes grew wide, and she waved her arms as she shook her head.

I'll talk to her!

Sarah stopped, and she sat back down.

"I just don't want her to take advantage of you if she is indeed 'into you'."

She smiled a bit, and her voice grew quiet.

"I just want to keep you safe, alright?"

Angel nodded, and Sarah nodded back, smiles on both faces. Sarah then thought of something.

"Angel, I want to tell you a story before you leave. Would you like to hear it?"

Angel nodded and clapped her hands. She always loved Sarah's stories. Usually, they involved a wonderful Paradise under the sea, called Atlantis, that went to war with itself and fell.

"Good. Sit back and enjoy..."

"Once upon a time, in that magical city under the sea, were two little girls. They had grown up in an orphanage, and they were in love.

Their love was as powerful as it was pure and innocent, and one day, the older girl discovered a couple kissing in a garden. When she asked what they were doing, she was told that they were kissing, an expression of love between lovers.

When she returned to the orphanage, she kissed the other girl, and the other girl kissed back. It a small act of love, but a beautiful one.

However, the adults at the orphanage didn't like it ONE, SINGLE BIT. They saw it as a disgusting act, and they separated the girls for many years.

During this time, the war began and raged on. Both sides needed soldiers to fight their war for them, and so they changed these two innocent children into monsters. Neither saw each other for nine, long years.

When they met again, they were changed. The adult's magic had changed them into mindless beasts, armed with fire and teleportation, who killed anything they saw. However, one was injured, and the iron mask permanently fitted over her face had broken off. The other one looked into her face, and a miracle happened. Her mind cleared of all her murderous rage and fury, and she once again thought like a little girl.

The girl then rescued her lover, who went through a similar transformation once she woke up, and they were finally happily reunited. After that, they worked together, and they escaped the now-dead city to join the world above.

Angel sighed as Sarah ended her story.

Good story, as usual! You're such a good storyteller!

"Oh, you flatter me. I've just...heard all these somewhere before."

They giggled together, and Angel sighed as she grew serious.

I guess I have a lot to think about, don't I?

"You do, but just keep an open heart and mind, and you should be fine, ok?"

The blonde nodded, and she left. Sarah just looked out the window, and she shook her head.

"Wow..."
