Jan.12, 2012 (Part 3) Caitlyn's Journal

I started panicking, I honestly didn't know what to say, so I blurted out the first thing that came to my mind.

"I LIKE PIE!" I mentally slapped my head for saying something so stupid and random.

Seeing that he was confused I quickly said "What I meant to say was that... I didn't know that she was your sister I'm sorry. But maybe she & I might have a lot in common. Like I like pie and maybe she does too..."I stopped rambling seeing how it didn't really help and waited for him to say something.

After what seemed like hours of silence He finally said "Oh well that's alright, yea she likes pie too maybe all 3 of us can get some after school?" I stood there shocked 'Did he ask me out? WAIT but his brat of a sister is coming along too' I thought.

Emmett waited for my answer "Well if you have other plans, that's cool too you know we can always go another time" and he started to walk away.

I got out of my trance and saw his back walking away from me. "Wait no!" I yelled running to catch up to him as he turned around

"I'd love to get some pie after school with your sister" I said smiling

After hearing my answer Emmett smiled "Ok meet me in front of the school" and waved good-bye.

I sighed thinking on how dumb I acted, well at least it turned out well! I got this hot guy to hang out with me after school!' walking to my next class. I started day dreaming about what could happen during our little "date"

I was about to go into my classroom when I stop. 'OMG KAYLA IS GONNA BE THERE TOO OMGOMGOMG SHE'S GONNA RUIN IT FOR ME' I mentally shrieked and started panicking once again for the 2nd time today.

Most of the kids were there, as I went up to my teacher, Mrs. Grande and told her that I was new. "Class we have a new student, do you want to introduce yourself?" she asked. I hesitated and then nodded yes.

"Well there isn't much to say but my name is Caitlyn Emerald" after introducing me I heard whispers coming from a certain brunette. "Yea she's right there isn't much to say, haha what kind of name is that?" I heard them say.

"Class please be respectful to Caitlyn, Caitlyn you can sit in the back in front of Miss Kayla." Mrs. Grande said

I slowly walked to my seat and reminded myself of my after school plans, attempting to make my mood better. I close my eyes but quickly opened them when I felt something on my head. I reached up for it and saw that it was a rolled up piece of paper.

I looked around making sure no one sees me reading the note, especially Mrs. Grande.

I open up the crumbled piece of paper and read what it said:

Hey dork

! I thought I told you to stay out of my way,

I thought you ran home to mommy seeing how you weren't here for 2nd period. HA loser just go away!

I crumbled the piece of paper once again and looked to the front trying to ignore everyone.
