i press my lips to the hollow of your neck,
trace my fingers along your collarbone.
you touch me so lightly your hands are hardly there,
resting on my hips; i'm all electric nerves
& my legs are trembling.

smile into me. and this,
this is everything i didn't believe in,
come to life before my very eyes.
