16th June

Kickboxing squad training session today. First was the half-hour work out involving non-stop running and sprints (among other things). When I was nearly dying because I couldn't breathe after that, another hour and a half of non-stop sparring ensued, leaving me practically suicidal. Each session is like this, so I suppose I should be used to it by now.

Result of the session: cuts on my knuckles and arms and a nose bleed.

It was a good session.

It's now half seven and I'm eating my lunch, because I didn't get the chance at lunchtime, so I should be getting back some of the 2,000 calories I burned.

Good day overall, except for the fact that I left my phone, iPod and earphones in my instructor's car. Goddammit.
