| Slave to Temptation
Author: LamentedAlacrity An almost sonnet I wrote at two AM. Enjoy, review, and don't read too much into it. It's still a work in progress, so feedback is greatly appreciated!

A+ A- |
I am another need unsatisfied,
Found in one more night alone-
And here I wait, ungratified;
some things you can't postpone...
You revel wistful in my solitude
and suffer chastely in my peace;
still, you can't ignore your wanton mood-
you're yearning for release
It's true, the battle's long been lost,
and surrender's coming soon-
You crave it, unmindful to the cost;
I know the ways to make you swoon.
Submit to my hands and keep me around;
give in, my darling, for I've got you bound.
