Prologue
The loud, clanging sound kept echoing in my ears. I run around, screaming for my life. I wonder how I fell for it; the lies, the stupidity of my family! It sounded so suspicious. I sprint around more, not caring about my stitch or my sister's calls. It's too late anyway. The crunching sound rips me, tears me, and scrunches me up. All I wanted was another chance.
All I wanted was freedom.
