Life
Some say it is a burning candle
That flickers in the darkness
Some say it is a dream
So short it is forgotten
Us
Some say that we are angels
Sent to save and to protect
Some say that we are demons
Who damage the realm we walk
Love
Some say that it is magic
That it's our saving grace
Some say that it is worthless
That it's not worth the hurt
Me
I say that life is precious
No matter whose it is
I say that we are tainted
Angels with black wings
I say that love is special
If you find it, hold it in
You
But everyone thinks different
So think just what you see
And be happy with who you are
For you'll be just who you'll be
