I just can't get this daym song outa my head! Ignorance by Paramore has been playing throughout my body all day. *Crunch* hmmm what was that? I turn around to find nothing behind me but crunched leaves and darkness. I guess it was just my imagination. I should really keep my sane I mean seriously it's not like someone is following me. I sigh knowing that no one would really want to follow me I would just kick their ass on spot. *Snap* Shit I am not the only one here. I can hear quieted breathing and air moving with their every movement.

"So I guess you found me." I see a shadow step out from behind a tree. Now that couldn't be my imagination.

"Now tell me your name and why the hell you dare to follow me." I say

"I don't take orders. But I was going to tell you that. Hi Sanura, my name is Yin." I take a closer look at the shadow and notice he has cat ears sticking out of his head. What is he?

"So Yin, why exactly are you following me? And who the hell is Sanura my name is Cat" I ask him

"I have come for you, you are a princess Sanura. Cat is your human name you need to become one with Sanura so you can protect our realm alongside your siblings and your followers." He steps out of the darkness and I was completely correct he has cat ears one white the other is black. His hair is jet black so that the ear blends in. He looks very nimble and swift. He is wearing what a ninja would in movies all I can see is the slight sparkle in his gray eyes. Though I don't see much of his eyes considering his head is lowered. I hear a faint howl in the distance. "Come princess it is time to go they are coming." He grabs my hand closing the space between us and pulls me alongside him running in the opposite direction of the sound.

"What exactly is coming?" He continues to pull me by his side.

"You will know soon enough. Just please tell me you know how to evolve." He mumbles the last part. We pass the town border and I just can't help but wonder who is this guy and why the hell is he calling me Sanura or princess. I jerk him to a stop.

"Tell me now what were up against so I can prepare for the fight." He looks shocked, and nods.

"Wolf Demons." He smirks at those words

"Wolf Demons what kind of practical joke is this?" I grab him by the ears "and I bet these are fake?" He gets all wide eyed and starts tearing up. "You actually thought I was that dense to think that wolf demons exist and that I am supposed to become one with this Sanura chick?" I take a pull on the black ear and he yelps in pain.

"Wow your that dense to not realize you are about to get attacked and you have your only hope by his ears daymit let go of my ears bitch." I release "My ears are real and so are these." He smirks and I notice feline like teeth. "Now evolve girl we have a fight against us."

"Evolve what the hell are you talking about? I am not like you!" Another boy comes out of the shadows with wolf ears smirking like there is no battle here. I ready myself to fight.

"Stay back princess if you can't evolve you have no chance." Yin warns me

"I can fight I am no useless girl! "I argue with him

"Cat I am your protector and so is my brother but he isn't here yet so leave it to me!" He has determination painted all over his face. He closes his eyes and claws begin to grow on both his hands and feet. I didn't realize he had no shoes on. I also notice a black tail sprout out of his backside. The same happens to the other boy but he has all dog features. Yin has also developed whiskers. Yin grows very angry and yells at no one. "Yang get out here there are more than just this dumb ass, help me out bro." But to my surprise something actually responds a boy who looks as if he could be Yins coppy but the complete opposite.

"Hey isn't Yin supposed to be feminine? "I ask Yang bursts out in laughter and Yin turns a bright red in the face. I join Yang in laughing but the dog boy is now charging at me. Yin and Yang jump in front of me and take the battle before I could even touch him. I feel two warm hands on my shoulders. I slowly turn take a high kick to my attackers head and straddle him. I continue to make blows to his head with my fists. He becomes unconscious after a few blows so I stand just to find two more dog boys coming my way. I flip in the air and land gracefully behind them. I swipe my leg out and trip both of them. When the standup I only put them back on the ground, I jump and front kicking with both of my legs contacting with their faces. They too are now unconscious. Yin and Yang are both still fighting their opponents but it seems as if they each have one instead of just the one from before. I walk up in between their opponents and punch both solidly in the ear. In result they both fall on the ground out cold. "I told you I could handle myself evolved or not." They both turn to find my three opponents on the ground. The first one begins to stir and sit up so I walk over and take his head in my hands. "I'm sorry." I whisper and force his head into my head knocking him out once again. "You should have stayed on the ground." I mumble

"Yin you said you needed help why didn't you just ask her instead of me?" Yang laughs at his brother for not knowing what I was capable of.

"Well I guess she lives up to her mother's title." Yin says

"Yeah I'd say but I think she might surpass that title." Yang mumbles. I feel a pain in my but and on my fingers.

"Ahhhhhh." I scream and they rush to my side as I faint from the pain.

I open my eyes to find Yin and Yang staring back at me. "How long was I out for?"

"Ten minutes, but that's a really short time being you just evolved for your first time." Yang beams at me. I sit up and scratch my head and find two new objects on my head. Yin passes me a mirror. I take it and hold it up to find a pair of teal cat ears and 6 whiskers. I stand up real fast and in shock turn in circles and find a teal tail. I look at my hands and feet I have sharp clear claws where my finger nails used to be. I let out a small whimper.

"Are you okay Cat?" Yin lets out a cackle "That name really does fit you."

"Yeah I guess it does." I mumble. "Where are we anyway?" I look at my surroundings and find trees of all colors, streams of black water, grass of blues and yellows, a sky of red, and a sun with teeth and eyes. It seems to be laughing at me.

"Cat I'd like to invite you to the Demon realm." Yang says standing up and opening his arms and gesturing to everything. I choke one the water Yin just gave me.

"Demon realm," I choke out between coughs.

"Yeah the Demon realm, Yin and my home and your birth place." Yang says

"It's so good to be home." Yin says lying back into the grass.

"So what was the reason you had to retrieve me from where I was?" I ask them

"Oh we retrieved you from the Mortal realm because recently your mother and father died in a fierce battle between the Wolf and Cat Demons. The order has taken it into their responsibility to retrieve all of your siblings so we can hold the family battle. In which you will go head to head with all of your siblings to determine who will rule as the new king, well queen in your case."

"And what is so wrong with being a girl?" I ask now assuming that Yang is just some sexist pervert.

"Nothing you see a girl Cat Demon isn't very commonly born naturally. Usually they are just are the mates of natural Cat Demons. When you mate a Demon with a Mortal the Mortal forcefully becomes a Demon as well." Yin explains but then I realize what he is trying to make me understand.

"So you mean to tell me I got raped by someone like you!"

"NO" They both yell

"You are a naturally born female Cat Demon." Yang says "That's why we didn't know how to handle you." He mumbles this part.

"I see since you have no experience with girls you didn't know what to do with me and that's why you were thinking that I had no way of protecting myself?" They nod "Well lesson learned for both of you never underestimate a girl!" I yell "Especially when that girl is me!"

"We're sorry, we're sorry." They practically beg me to forgive them. I smirk

"I was joking with you but you're forgiven."

"Well I guess we should get you to the fort before more Wolves show up." Yang says cautiously patting me on the back.

"Fair warning I haven't been getting much sleep this past week so don't be surprised if I spa_" and with that she had fallen asleep in Yin's arms. He pulled me into his grasp and carried me

I wake up in a soft bed and a pillow under my head. I step out of the canapé surrounding my bed and examine what is around me. It seems as if I am in a medieval castle the walls are made of smooth stone bricks and the place just screams old fashion. Note to self: design new bedspread and paint posters, pronto. This place disturbs me. There are pictures of people with cat ears and tails with crowns. These people sure like dress up. I hear a knock on the door.

"Come in." With that Yin walks in and joins me in the middle of the room.

"You ready, ready for what you ask? Are you ready to get a makeover?" My smile no longer exists, my head droops and my shoulders drop, and all from pure disappointment.

"I swear I hope you are kidding because I hate when other people touch my face and especially my hair! You know what I can do so why are you letting helpless girls come in here to get beaten to a living pulp?" He gulps in fear for I am glaring daggers at him.

"Come on Cat it's just a little styling and fitting!" He whimpers when I grab hold of his collar of his 'ninja' suit.

"Fine but if they try to dye my hair that's where I stop this!" I always loved how my hair was naturally teal. He nods and exits and in return three women come in force me into a vanity chair and pull on my hair and throwing me in dresses of all sorts.

It was truly torture. It lasted what seemed like an eternity. But I must say I am impressed with what all they have done. My hair is no longer in a tangled mess it is in an updo with a braid running around it. Little do they know as soon as they leave the room I am taking it down and putting it into a pony-tail. Now it is time for them to force me into hundreds of dresses I wouldn't even think of wearing at home let alone to a ball to meet my true family. I am currently wearing a red dress that shows too much skin and is totally not my color. I come across a dress that goes to midthigh! It is perfect! It is black at the top but slowly fades into a white color, it is accented with a teal belt and black dangly earrings, plus 6 inch heels (that I am not too fond of) that are black fading to white just like the dress with a teal bow in the middle. I plan to also ditch the heels for my teal converse. I decided against the ponytail remembering I have cat ears and began to straighten my waist length teal hair with the help of the makeup people Not five minutes after the makeup people leave do I hear another knock on the door.

"Sanura your potential escorts are here." It is one of the makeup people "Should I send them in?" I casually straighten myself and walk to the center of the room.

"You can send them in now." The door swung open and nine boys walked in only two of which I knew. Yin and Yang had offered to be my escort what is this crap? "Hi, I'm Cat but some people here call me Sanura. But I would greatly prefer if you call me Cat." Yin and Yang burst into laughter and I shoot daggers at them with a simple death glare and that straightened them out. One other boy caught my attention he had teal hair just like mine and his ears were teal too and had ice blue eyes just like me. He looked as if he could be my twin. Just when I was about to say something else a male voice popped into my head. That's where you're right, you see Cat my name is Sanjo and I am your twin brother. Our parents separated us at birth to keep our odds up. I was totally freaking out now. "Okay which one of you is Sanjo and how the hell did you just get in my head?" The teal headed boy steps forward bows and approaches me.

"You see Sanura or I guess Cat I'm your twin whether you like it or not and being a pair of Demon twins means we have the ability to read and speak to each other's minds. Oh and I assure you that these here boys were only wanting you for your body. Well that is with the acceptation of Yin and Yang." Wow he is one smart cookie. Yin and Yang burst into laughter. I swiftly move in-between them in two large strides take the collar of their shirts in my hands and push them swiftly up a wall.

"Why didn't you two tell me I had a twin? Actually never mind I don't want to know and for this you will pay by training me to control my power. Oh wait I left out the fact that you are now my personal punching bags." They both gulped in terror and I released them I turn and see ever boy has left except for Sanjo. "Sanjo I guess that leaves you as my escort. Because I simply will not stand to deal with them." Sanjo offered me his elbow and I take it and we swiftly exit the room leaving Yin and Yang still frozen in terror behind.

Me and Sanjo walked arm in arm for what seemed like forever. It was really only five minutes. We enter a ball room bigger than my old house. Heck it was bigger than my old high school. Sanjo escorted me to a group of teal headed boys or should I say men.

"Hello guys I'd like you all to meet Sanura. But she prefers Cat just as you all prefer something other than your birth given name. Being I grew up here I prefer Sanjo over what my recent "parents" call me." One after another they all introduced themselves. There were eleven of us in total. Steve, the oldest of all of us he prefers Quincy. Mental note Quincy is the one with blue eyes and gray ears and tail. The second oldest is Sammy or Jake. Jake has blue eyes and a pair of black ears and a tail to match. The third oldest is Satchel or Justin. He has pure white eyes; he is blind and has white ears and a black tail. Then there are the twins well the ones that are fraternal. Sky or Joey and Shadow or Xavier, Xavier is the older of the two but they are fraternal. Xavier has black eyes and black ears with a gray tail. Joey has one blue eye, and the other is yellow. The blue is human like and the yellow is cat like. He has yellow a yellow tail and ears. Sage or Logan is after them and he is different from the group he has no ears or tail, just what looks like a normal human. But if you feel where his tail and ears should be there are invisible masses like the ears and tail are there just unseen. He has violet eyes. Sal or Alex and Samir Zach are also twins. Both have green eyes with ears and tail the same color. After them is Sarosh or Paul. He has red eyes and white ears and a tail that fades from white to red. He is really quite creepy. Scar (don't know his non birth name) and Sean or Nick are also a set of twins fraternal. I cringed when the name Shadow came up. Shadow is the name of my best friend at home. The best friend I am in love with. The best friend everyone thinks took his own life. I refuse to think he committed suicide. The best friend has amazing teal eyes.

"You okay Cat? You seem a little distant." I feel a warm hand on my shoulder and look up to find the giant figure of Steve standing over me.

"Yeah I'm fine it's just I have a best friend at home and his name is Shadow. I haven't seen him in about two years." I duck my head so no one can see the tear roll down my cheek. I feel an odd presence. "Yin, Yang do us all a favor and come out. I can sense you above us." I look up and find the two falling from the chandler perfectly at my sides. Who would of thought that I could sense them! They snake their arms around my shoulders.

"So Cat you still mad at us?" I put the arms they had on me behind their own backs. I pull two pairs of hand cuffs out of my pockets and cuff one of their hands to one of their ankles. "Yeah she's still mad." They mumble. A few of my newfound brothers laugh.

"Nah I'm not mad." I get a few questioning looks from the people around me. "Seriously if I was angry they would be duck taped to a chair hanging off a roof gaged."

"We're okay Cat." Yang pipes. I bend down to unlock the cuffs for both of them. When they stand and straighten themselves I can't help but realize how great the two look tonight.

"You guys look…" I pause for effect "Stupid." Their smiles disappear . I know I couldn't of complimented them I would get endless shit for that. They both grab one of my hands. I blush on contact. Then they grab one of my feet and yank me into the air. They are swinging me back and forth until the room goes still. We all hear a chores of howls.

"They wouldn't dare." Yang mumbles. As if on command a Wolf boy walks in. They drop me and I stand.

"They would." Yin groans. That boy he looks oddly familiar. I don't know where I know him from. Midnight blue hair, golden eyes, odd smirk? No it couldn't be. He begins to walk towards me and my siblings. He couldn't be here.

"Kitty Cat…" Only one person calls me that. But it couldn't be.

"Shadow is that you?" I squint my eyes trying to get a better look at his face. The boy nods. Out of instinct I run at him and he pulls me into one of his famous bear hugs.

"Huh, dude he is a wolf demon and she is a cat demon… What the hell is happening here?" Yang wonders out loud the question everyone is thinking. I pull away and look up at Shade. (My nickname for Shadow) He wraps his arms around my waist and pulls me up. He always was much taller than me. If he or I lean the slightest bit our lips would be touching.

"You look better without makeup." HE mumbles wiping my lip gloss off with his thumb. He leans in and I snap my eyes shut. He chuckles and kisses me playfully on the forehead. "You actually thought I was gonna kiss you didn't you?" He laughs at my gullible side. He dis-evolves and turns back to his old self.

"I missed you." I say pulling him back into a bear hug.

"Yeah, well now you know where I disappeared to last summer." I nod. And pull out of the hug but keep my arms around him. "But why are you here?" I close my eyes and evolve. I open them and smirk at him he sighs and gives me that heartwarming smile reserved just for me. I stand on my tippy toes and peck him on the lips. I stand flatfooted now and look around to find not only my new family but also a group of Wolf Demons watching us. "Ignore them." He tightens his grip on my waist once more and pulls me up so our lips meet. Who woulda thought a kiss could feel so good? Wait whoa I am kissing Shade. My best friend! I kiss him back. And try to enjoy it but I am pulled back to reality when two pairs of arms wrap around me and pull me away from him. The same happens to him. I look to the owners of the arms and find Yin and Yang staring at me in disappointment back at me.

"What the hell guys? You realize that's my best friend! I haven't seen Shade in nearly two years!" They nod. Disappointment is still painted on their faces.

"It's forbidden. He is the prince of the Wolf Kingdom. The only one! He always will be… Well that is until his father remarries. His original wife was lost in the same battle as our parents." Mumbled Logan. I notice Shade struggling and with a final thrust he breaks free from the men holding him. He evolves once more and rushes at me. He picks me up bridal style and jumps out a window? Yup he jumped out a window me in his arms. But it wouldn't be that easy Yin, Yang and all of my brothers jump after us. All of them currently transformed.

"I just need to talk to you alone. I have no intention of hurting you Kitty. Never would I ever want to hurt you. You're the only girl I truly care for." Shade says keeping it quiet enough that my brothers coming behind us don't hear. I didn't realize that our castle was on a mountain. Because it looked like an endless trench was what we were falling into. "Kitty this'll be a shock but I missed you more than I missed Diggy." Diggy had been Shades true best friend since the age of three.
