Fabes entered the hideout all jumping and yelling "We have an intruder here! We have an intruder here!" his enthusiasm was stopped by a heavy bronze cup threw with incredibile strenght in the middle of his forehead.

After some curses in Egyptian, the short man turned his attention to Celia "What the holy beast of Seth is in your mind? Do you want to send me to Anubi before my time is over?"

"Why are you shouting?" retorted the girl, gathering the fallen cup.

The other pointed at the door jerking and crying; there Acrenea the centaur came in holding a fainted Hersir in his arms "Hey, Celia, is this stuff yours?"

Suspiciously, the girl got closer, she brushed black locks away starting "You're completely crazy!"

"Who is this? Your spouse or something of the like?" added the Egyptian laughing his lungs off

"No! not even in my dreams!" came the disgusted and bitter reply from the Valkirya

"If this is not your man, who's he then?" asked the centaur stomping violently on the wooden floor.

"Just a big problem, this is Liebfrost, Odin's direct descendant"

"What was he doing around here? Was he looking for his father's hammer?" chuckled Fabes

"I said Odin not Thor! We have to bring him back, or we'll soon taste Odin's bitter wrath, this won't be helping at all!"

"It's only his fault, he came in these surroundings without our permission!"

Celia sighed face palming herself "Acrena, how many times do I have to remember you we are acting in secret?"

"Can't you just have a chat with Odin? You're his Valkyria effectively"

"You centaurs have the body of a horse and the brain of a hen! I'm a Valkyria generated by Loki!" growled the girl back, although her friend seemed not able to understand

"but you're working for Odin effectively. Loki doesn't have Valkyries!"

Celia pretended not to listen anymore "We need to bring him back and find another hideout quickly, or all our plans would be ruined!"

The argument was interrupted by an echoing female voice "And how are you planning to do that? There are several patrols to watch the city. They check on every single person, divine creature or priest that tries to enter. It's impossible to pass them over. Close that damned thing in the cave, we're going to watch on him until tomorrow morning. Meanwhile we can discuss our plans, Odin will notice nothing"

Celia turned back to face the lampades who was shaking her cape free from the snow

"Are you sure, Marcate? I'm skeptical on it; knowing Odin very well, I can tell that it's impossible to fool him!" she said, carrying the Hersir on her shoulders. Marcate just smirked and retorted briefly "

"Well, you're Loki's descendant, the god of evil deeds. You could succeed the task brilliantly!"

"Let it go…it's enough that they still allow me to attend the Valkyria Academy"

Moving an heavy stone with a kick, Celia succeeded to open the cave's entering and brought the heavy body inside, securing him with a rope on a stalagmite. She was about to get away when the Hersir called aloud

"Who's there?"

She was petrified

"I knew that you were implied! You damned daughter of Loki!"

The girl hurried back in holding a stone still in her hands, the boy shivered "What do you think you are do—"

He was hit by the stone on the head, losing his senses once more. The lampades appeared on the entrance, ready to help "Celia, are you doing well over there?"

"He woke up! We have to find a way to prevent him from coming back to senses and call for Odin. We will be done!"

Celia came back into the tent sitting on the carpet "What are we going to do? I can't keep on throwing stones to his head. I'm will kill him" she said thinking.

"You ask, Fabes does!" the Egyptian handed Celia a cup containing some green fluid, she does as to smell it, but was promptly stopped by her little friend "Don't do it! It's a powerful sleeping drug, just one smell and you'll sleep for twelve hours!"

"And I am supposed to make the Odin's ox drink this?"

"Yes, give him two drops as soon as he wakes up and for two days we will have no troubles with him"

The girl protested "But I really need to get back home! If patrols pass and don't find me I'll be the one on troubles!"

Marcate held her shoulder with a hand "Don't you worry about that. I will deal with the Hersir. You have to do what you have to do, we're going to decide the events tomorrow"

The Valkyria nodded taking her helmet, shield and spear and disappeared in the snow.

Marcate waited in the cave for the Hersir to wake up, as soon as the poor thing opened his eyes she gave him a single drop of the potion Fabes prepared and then came back to the tent.

One of Marcate's biggest problems was to never giving Fabes' words the right weight.

Egyptians, always enlarging things. Was one of her biggest thoughts. It was for this reason that she gave half of the recommended quantity of the potion to Liebfrost.

This mistake made the warrior wake up just the following afternoon. Thanks to goddess, the effect lasted enough to prevent him to either speak and shout, despite this, he was perfectly able to hear what the centaur and his friend were saying in the tent.

The first voice he was able to hear and recognize was Maracte's echoing one "We need to act cautiously and undercover, no one can notice us!"

"Right, but we need to be quick too…it qouldn't last long before the Fenrir wolf will discover what we're doing" said the Centaur

Another familiar voice, Celia's one was reasoning almost too loudly "We need to replace the relics with something similar that glimmer for enough time for us to get away unnoticed…Marcate, can you deal with that? You can use your mystic fire to create something that shimmers inside the relics holders…"

"And what about the man in the cave?" asked Fabes bitterly

"Well I'll bring him back to his home before his brothers come home, thanks to your potion he will recall everything just like a nightmare"

The Hersir slowly tilted his head up to face a slim figure approaching him, when the mysterious person was close enough, he finally succeeded to say something "You piece of…."

"For Skadi's rage! Fabes he's awake!" Yelled Celia rushing out of the cave

"Hutty up and give me that damned potion! He's coming back to senses!"

Seconds later Liebfrost was knocked out again.

The following morning, Liebfrost woke up with a strong killer headache. A powerful yell made him start

"Liebfrost, you loafer! Why are you still sleeping? For Odin's sake wake up now! We have to patrol the west border wall!"

His brother Bjorn, Odin's favorite warrior was shouting his lungs out, he hadn't the least hint of grace in his body; it wasn't strange that he beaten the blood out of someone just for a wrong or misunderstood word.

One of his favorite hobbies was to use his younger brother as a guinea-pig for his hard trainings, he was always rude towards Liebfroat, and that morning he confirmed it once more

"Liebfrost! Get your ass off that cot!"

Seeing that the younger was reluctant to obey, he decided to literally throw him out of the bed "What on Hel's land got into you? Get up piece of spineless deer!" he shouted hitting the poor Liebfrost.

"Bjorn, chill out, man"

Fjord, the Eldest of the Odin's warrior came in.

Fjord was a worth warrior as his brother Bjorn was, but he had a great personality instead, he was sweet and sympathetic, and more lovely than his brother. Every single people in town loved him.

Fjord went close to his brother, helping him to sit up, rubbing his back to comfort him "Are you feeling bad?"

"I had a ugly night…" muttered the other, still a little confused

"You wish it was one! You've been locked here sleeping for three days!" spit Bjorn rudely.

Later, Liebfrost and his brothers were patrolling followed by some armed men. He was still feeling fuzzy, but at least he wasn't forced to piss his brother off further.
