Nathaniel neglected to feed me or let me go to the bathroom. I know we'll have to stop sometime to get gas, but it's daylight out, how will Nathaniel be able to go out? Unless we go to a gas station with an over hang.
"Brandy…." I heard a familiar voice, Boe's.
I turned my head quickly. Nathaniel gave me a weird look.
"Brandy don't make any sudden movements, just act….normal" Boe voice said. Only I can hear him, he's channeling me again like the last time.
Silence passed, I waited for him to say something else. I looked behind us, the armored truck followed close behind. I felt the car slow, I turned back in my seat. We were in a town, we pulled up to a gas station. The armored truck stopped at the filling station behind us.
"I want you to run Brandy" Boe's voice emanated in my head.
"But…" I said.
Nathaniel looked at me. "What?"
"Nothing" I snapped trying to diffuse the situation.
"RUN OUT INTO THE SUN" Boe's voice demanded.
Nathaniel rolled down my window, then opened his door and stepped out. He shut the door and walked over to my side where the gas tank was.
"GO NOW!" Boe's voice emanated.
I bit my lip. I glanced out the window, Nathaniel's back was turned away as he filled up the gas tank. I won't make it. I won't even be able to open the door without Nathaniel hearing.
"I'll distract them" Boe's voice said.
I heard a loud crunching sound, from the armored truck behind us.
"Nathaniel!" a voice called.
Nathaniel groaned and ran behind the car.
"GO!" Boe demanded.
I immediately opened the door and fell. I got to my feet before they noticed and sprinted the ten feet to the sun. I was arms length out when a firm yank grasped my hair.
"AAAH!" I cried out.
"Close one" Nathaniel's voice behind me laughed. He yanked my hair and pulled me into the shade. He made me face him. I beat my hands on his chest.
"LET ME GO!" I screamed.
I screamed and pushed as he dragged me back to the car. There was nobody around out here in the middle of nowhere. He shoved me in the car. I sat up ready to fight back, he leaned in the car snarling his fangs at me.
"Don't think I don't know what you and Boe are up to" he said "I know you can hear him in your head" he spat.
He slammed the door and walked to the drivers side. He started the car, his eyes never left me until the car was moving again. We peeled out on the highway again.
"Eloise will be pleased to get her meal tonight" Nathaniel said.

It was nightfall now. We pulled back into New York. I noticed we were driving down a familiar road. The road to that castle like building I saved Boe from. Nathaniel stopped abruptly and turned off the car. He stepped out and the next second he was at my door, he opened it and grabbed my arm. The armored truck pulled up to the side of us, the two goons got out and opened the back. One reached inside and yanked Boe to the ground. They held his chains and pulled him up, Boe made a disgruntled noise.
"Come along" Nathaniel said pulling my arm.
We walked around to a huge iron gate, it opened automatically. Nathaniel made me walk in front of him pushing my back. It was a stone path. To the left a was a coy pond lit with lead lights, on the right was just a grassy area. I could see a huge doorway just ahead and two figures standing in it. Once we made it to the doorway we were greeted by two golden eyed vampires. Nathaniel whispered something, I couldn't hear and they nodded stepping aside, one of them opened the huge door before us. I looked behind me, Boe had his head down looking at his feet. Nathaniel shoved me through the door. It was so cold, like a freezer. It was a dimly lit grand ball room with a grand stair case. I could hear Boe's chains behind us.
Nathaniel lead me to a doorway next to the staircase on the left. We walked down a long hallway with tapestries. There were bloody creatures feasting with lions. Knight's being bludgeoned by vampires. Nathaniel stepped in front of me and opened the door before us.
There sat a grand dining table, it could seat at least thirty people. And at the farthest end…..the first thing I noticed was a man with long black hair lying limp on the table, his head craned in a twisted position, he snarled showing a pair of fangs as a figure with long golden blonde hair was feeding fiercely on his neck. I noticed two other figures sitting beside the blonde one.
Nathaniel cleared his throat. The blonde one lifted their head. A woman. Her mouth was bloody, her chin dripped. Her grip on the vampire she was feeding from loosed. His head dropped on the table, I'd like to think he passed out, but I'm sure he's dead. A smile graced her lips.
"It's about time" she spoke her voice was emotionless and shoved the vampire to the floor.
She rose from her seat. She slowly made her way over to us, once she did she circled me examining me. She was very tiny, much shorter than I. I glanced at her eyes, they were black. My breathing was uneven, I was so scared.
"How quant" she said.
She glanced around me. "Boe" she nodded her head.
"Eloise" Boe's said in return.
I turned to see as she walked over to him. She was so small. Boe could barely keep his head up. Eloise's hand touched Boe's arm. Her fingers traveled up his arm, to his shoulder, she leaned into Boe's neck standing of her toes. She drew in his scent.
"You smell like her" Eloise said.
