A song I wrote,it's going to be an acoustic pop type thing. Anyway,it's about a girl I like.

Tired of sounding like a boy band,
but I'm too young to ask you for your hand.
I can't play guitar,
and I can't hold you in my arms.
Once you spoke,
it was like my heart was in my throat.
Sixteeen and too young to be in love,
sixteen and too young to grow up.
Sixteen and too young to be jaded,
just so tired of feeling hated.
Can I be the one you talk about?
Because you're all I think about.
I've never felt anything this strong,
but I've been waiting so long.
People will tell us we're wrong,
but this isn't just another love song.
Should I keep chasing you?
While you're chasing her?
How can I keep facing you,
When being with you is all I want to do?
What am I supposed to do when I'm sixteen and too young to be in love,
I'm sixteen and too young to grow up.
I want to hold your hands,
I wanna be a part of your plans.
I think I love you
even though I'm just sixteen, and so are you.
