The three climbed up the steps to the front porch and rang the doorbell. The front door opened almost immediately and they were greeted by Emma herself. "Oh! David! Alice! Lily! You are here! Oh my gosh come on in! Take a seat, make yourself comfortable. You can put the boxes down and I'll show you your rooms later. You must be hungry." she said.

Lily's dad kissed Emma on the cheek, then said to his daughters, "Come on girls, get inside," As Lily walked through the front door, she was more amazed with every step. The house was a luxury, with old-style furniture and paintings. They sat down in the living room and Emma brought them three plates with chicken nuggets with ketchup, which contrasted sharply with the elegance of the room.

Lily frowned and said," Emma. I'm a vegetarian, so I can't ea—"

"Oh don't worry Lily. I remembered. Those are tofu. Alice's are chicken." Lily grudgingly admired Emma for remembering that she was vegetarian and bit into the nugget.

"Wow. Your house is amazing Emma! And these taste great!" Alice said.

Thanks! Once you guys are done, I'll show you your rooms! You guys are going to love them." Five minutes later, they were finished and Emma, Lily, Alice, and David walked up the grand stairs to their rooms. "Okay. Alice, your room is the first one on the right, Lily's is right next to it and David and I are going to be in the room straight down the hall. Let's go see Alice's first, alright?"

Alice practiacally ran to her room and opened the door. She squealed and ran to the bed first. "Yes! It's a waterbed! You rock Emma!"

Emma laughed and said, "You're welcome Alice," Alice's room was a light shade of blue. The bed was in the center of the room and obviously was a waterbed. She had a small desk in the corner and a gigantic walk in closet with brand new clothes waiting for her inside. As Alice was admiring her room, Emma said, "Come on Lily. I want to show you your room,"

Lily walked to her new room, and slowly opened the door. She gasped. The room was beautiful. "It used to be my grandmother's room, when she was little. I thought you would like it,"

"I do," Lily replied and walked inside. The bed was in middle of the room as well, but it was a canopy bed, draped with pale green transparent curtains. Her closet was smaller than Alice's, but she didn't care about her clothes as much as Alice. Her desk was big and elegant and in the corner, she had a cozy little chair with dozens of new books resting in a huge bookshelf, just waiting for her to read them.

David and Emma smiled and slowly shut the door.

That was short again, but I figured since I updated yesterday, it was okay :D
