Caught in a Storm
Grey clouds cover the sky above,
Lightning flashes,
Thunder booms,
Heavy rain falls,
Hail crashes around us,
Wind violently blows,
People scream as they run for cover,
The smell of lake water fills the air,
People crowd the hotel lobby,
A sigh escapes my lips,
This is going to be a long night.
