Angels

There are angels,

Really, there are.

You just need to look around.

But not with your eyes.

The essential is invisible to the eyes.

You need to hear them,

But not with your ears.

How many atrocities have passed through those same tunnels?

It's not a place for their purity.

Once you can see with your heart,

And hear with your mind,

Only then will you feel their heavenly presence.

Because angels are beyond perfect, flawless beings.

They are beyond skipping over clouds, their laughter our thunder.

They are hope,

Faith,

Trust.

They are fallen angels,

Unattained perfection,

But never desperate.

They are guardian angels,

Dependence.

They are the music that travels through vast lands of space and time.

They are you.

They are me.

They are humanity.
