I awoke tied to the chair, my mouth gagged and my eyes blindfolded. I heard the sound of his footsteps as they came near me, and I felt his gloved fingers trace my jaw and gently rub my cheek. He removed the gag, and I took in a breath of air.

"Are you afraid?" he said, his voice smooth yet fierce.

"No," I replied coldly, my strong voice showing emotions I didn't possess in that moment.

I felt a knife pierce my skin, right below the blindfold. He drew a long but not deep cut an inch under the blindfold. It started on my right cheek and went across my nose.

"Allie!" Cody's small and childish voice filled the air, fear heard in every syllable.

"You should be," the man whispered coldly in my ear.

He removed the blindfold, and I could see. It was a dimly lit room. The walls were painted black, and the carpet was torn and stained with alcohol. Cigarette smoke tainted the air, and Cody and I were bound to wooden chairs.

The man stood there, a smile on his masked face. The pale gray mask he wore had a swirly pattern over it, and it covered everything on his face but his right cheek and the right part of his mouth. He wore a blood red suit, and he was smoking a cigarette.

"Welcome to Hell, population 3," the man said. "I am your kidnapper and master of this realm of despair you have been placed in. They give me many names, but you will call me Mr. Moon, and you will be my slaves, slaves bound to this elusive chess game of the soul."

Mr. Moon walked to Cody and held his little head in his hand. Cody's brown hair was in total disarray, and his pale green eyes were full of terror. He was my little brother, and I longed to break the ropes that held me and protect him. But I couldn't, and I was trapped like an animal in a hunter's snare.

"Such a shame," Mr. Moon whispered. "This is perhaps the best speech ever given, and you two misfits will never be able to tell another soul about these words."

"What do you want?" I demanded.

Mr. Moon looked at me, and smiled. "Your very bodies," he said.

I stared at him in horror, and he laughed.

"You do not know this, but there are many people out there who would pay to spend a night in the same bed with you," he said coldly. "Others would kill you and sell your organs for money."

"That's sick!" Cody said, terror in his voice.

Mr. Moon gave a demonic smile. "That's your fate."

It happened so quickly I couldn't react. Mr. Moon charged for Cody, and skillfully placed a bullet through his head. Cody died instantly, and Mr. Moon untied his and set him on the floor. He tore his shirt, and I closed my eyes out of disgust.

The smell of blood filled the air, and I heard strange rustling sounds. Mr. Moon was mumbling things to himself, but I couldn't make out what he was saying. I felt a bit of blood splatter my shirt from Mr. Moon, but I didn't fidget. I sat there, terror putting my senses on overdrive. Where was I? And what would happen next?

I heard Mr. Moon stand, and I opened my eyes, regretting it. A look of surprise stained Cody's freckled face, and the blood dripped off his forehead from the wound. His shirt was torn and his chest was cut right open. His ribcage had been pulled right open, and I could see his organs inside. Some of them were ripped out and placed in Rubbermaid containers with his blood in them as well. The red liquid stained the floor around him, and I saw some of it had splattered on my clothes.

Mr. Moon stood in front of me, casting my body in a shadow. His hands were covered in the blood, and it dripped off his fingers and onto my tennis shoes.

He untied me, and set me down on the ground next to Cody.

"Has anyone ever told you your very pretty, Allie?" Mr. Moon asked, taking the blood soaked knife and cutting my shirt open. "Has anyone ever told you you're too pretty to still be virgin?"

I closed my eyes, trying not to think of this awful thing he was planning to do. His gloved hands ran down my body gently, leaving a trail of blood on me. His hands grabbed my wrists and he held me down.

"Are they fakes?" Mr. Moon asked. "They look too beautiful to be real."

I blocked out his words, trying not to let the cold reality sink in.

He took his blade and ripped my pants, but by then I was slipping away. It was as if I was leaving my body for a vacation for a while.

He pushed down on me, a heavy weight against my conscience. I began to beg. I said "Don't." and "Please," a lot. Sometimes, I combined the two, saying "Don't please." Or "Please don't.". My pleas began to annoy him, and eventually he tore Cody's shirt and stuffed it in my mouth to silence me.

He shifted my gears well, like he had done this so many times before. I tried to work against him, but it didn't work. I was too weak, Little Red Riding Hood getting taken over by the Big Bad Wolf. I was trembling

He pressed his lips against mine, and I got part of a trembling kiss, for the other part was concealed by the mask. I had been kissed only one time before, by a boy who I kind of liked. He did it behind the lockers right before the bell rang for the next class. It was short, and I remembered his lips were a bit chapped.

Mr. Moon finally stopped, and he made me listen to his heartbeat. My beat was as quick as a rabbit's, and his was like a hammer pounding on a piece of cloth.

As I laid there in the darkness, I knew he had done an unspeakable thing to me. But I had survived. I had survived this awful thing, and I could have screamed for hours.

He rolled over, off of me but on to Cody, and I heard the sound of cracking bones.

"Get up," he said, still panting.

I closed my eyes, refusing to move.

"Allie, get up," he said, harsher this time.

I opened my eyes, but still didn't move. Mr. Moon grabbed his knife, and got back on top of me. He wiped the blade clean on my jeans.

He removed the gag from my mouth. "Tell me that you love me," Mr. Moon said coldly.

"You're a monster," I whispered fiercely.

He grabbed my face and held my cheeks. "Say it!" he shouted.

I did.

My end came anyway.
